My neighbor slammed the door, I was shocked and slammed it twice 🤣 On the spot, asking for a price of 200 with a fan, 400 with an AC, the price is different from the app.

When we arrived at the place, the road was so narrow that the car was scratched, then when we arrived, we were asked to pay an additional 140 thousand rupiahs, they said the price would increase when we got there, even though we had already paid in full via Traveloka, so it was a big NO, we just said bye.

Always and always. If you book a hotel with the oyo logo. There must be obstacles. When you are at the location, the payment is less. The room does not match what was ordered.

Ask for additional payment (charge) even though you have paid through the application, the receptionist is not friendly, the room facilities are bad, there is no hanging towel, no hanger, dirty bathroom, broken tv remote. Highly not recommended.

Pelayanannya tidak ramah, AC-nya rusak, disuruh tunggu 15 menit sampai 2 jam gak bener, minta ganti kamar, malah bilangnya sudah full, malah masukin orang lain. Malah disuruh refund sedangkan dimana-mana hotel sudah full, ngomongnya gak sopan banget.

The room is dirty. The bathroom smells of urine. There are none of the facilities. The streets there are dark dark horror. The worst place to stay.

Very bad condition, very inadequate. The condition is very messy because it is being renovated. There is no official receptionist, the atmosphere is spooky, the rooms are damp and smelly. I had a 2-day reservation, I was forced to cancel, so I didn't stay, because it was really not feasible and uncomfortable to live in. Loss cannot be refunded.
