My Bad Experience: 1. Asked for additional fees outside the app fee. 2. The water is yellow and not very clean. 3. The bathroom is dirty and not cleaned properly. 4. Amenities and towels are missing. 5. The room spray is dull. 6. The walls and ceiling of the room are dull. 7. Many sanitary equipment is broken. 8. The AC cannot be set. It is better if this accommodation is not recommended on the app or other applications.

Oh my, this hotel is so bad, the water is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the shower is broken, the sheets and pillow cases are really dirty, it's a shame that you can't sleep and you definitely can't take a shower, if you're not on a long trip, it's better not to choose this hotel.

Even though this is a transit hotel for the Palembang-Padang trip, please provide clean towels, they look like mops and there is no soap. The hotel CS is not very friendly, just replace them.

Sangat disesali pesan hotel ini, baru mau check in saja, di awali dengan hal yang ngga sesuai, saya bayar untuk 2 kamar untuk yang sendiri dan untuk berdua, dan sudah transaksi, begitu mau masuk disampaikan oleh receptionnya kalau kamar yang kami book tidak tersedia (padahal sudah transaksi) dan saya dimintakan 50 rb untuk upgrade kamar, setelah masuk kamar, sangat kaget, kamarnya bau, dinding kamar jorok, kasur bau (saya juga pesan kamar tidak merikok), lebih kaget lagi air kamar mandi kuning, yang kami tidak berani pakai untuk cuci muka apalagi sikat gigi dan cebok (aktivitas mck kami pakai air mineral), Sangat tidak betah di kamar, tapi kami sudah terlalu capek karena perjalanan jauh, untungnya kami bawa karpet, yang digunakan untuk melapisi kasur. Dan diputuskan, pagi pagi buta kami tinggalkan hotel tanpa melakukan kegiatan MCK (Mandi Cuci Kakus).

The right place when going to Muara Bungo for a tight budget hehe, but you have to be prepared for some facilities that you might not like, such as not providing toiletries, noisy at night, yellow and small water, but if you don't get affected by that, that's okay, continue , hehe, btw the service is friendly, fast too.

Parking is cramped, the air conditioner is not cold, the fan is louder. OYO ineligible lodging. If you are looking for hotel/inn partners, look for the right one to provide services. It's not worth it. Not a recommendation.

The floor looks like it's never been swept, the bed linen is very dirty like it's never been washed, the worst inn I've ever been to. In fact I only lasted 5 minutes before I checked out to find another hotel. Very beyond reason and very inconsistent with the photos shown.
