The room didn't match the picture in the app... The bathroom smelled of urine.
The sink was cracked, and the mattress was too soft because it was a spring bed... the springs were really soft and sagging.
The AC was very cold, but the bathroom didn't have hot water. There was Wi-Fi, but it wasn't very fast.

The hotel is located in a residential area. The entrance has been closed since 10 p.m. and many young local residents have gathered in front of the hotel. It is not suitable for habitation.

very very not in accordance with the description that is friendly for families, it turns out to be very not in accordance, the cleanliness is sorry, very very dirty from the lobby to the second floor which happened to be the room for me to stay.
because the conditions did not allow me and my children to stay here and decided to cancel. unfortunately there is no refund from traveloka, the refund process is very complicated.

for the size of the room it's okay, the AC is also cold, but the TV doesn't work and the flush in the toilet also doesn't work, there are no tissues or mats, especially when we entered after mopping it, it wasn't dry yet, there are additional costs outside the application which are more expensive than the listed price, if you want to check in early there are additional costs, maybe they can be friendlier and the cleanliness can be maintained

Ask for additional fees upon check-in. Scamming hotel! The bathroom door is broken. The shower is broken, no water comes out of the shower. Only the sink and toilet have water on.

The receptionist was asked about the small water, answered "that's how it is"
