During the visit, renovations were underway, to go to the 2nd-3rd floor you had to use the stairs / there was no lift, which would be troublesome for the elderly.

The room with the broken LCD TV was actually given to a guest, at least fix it first before accepting another guest in that room. The bedsheets were not clean, there were lots of drool from the previous guest. The room was already dark, why was they given a broken LCD TV, is that a room or a prison without a TV?

The hotel staff is friendly, easy access to everywhere, easy to find food outside, the room is quite clean, it's just that the yellow bed sheets are all stained with yellow stains, I feel ticklish, please try to replace them with new ones or wash them clean, it's a shame in my opinion, because the outside of the hotel is clean, the water is smooth, only the sheets are really bad, it can reduce the image of the Pelangi Hotel, sorry, just a suggestion so that it is better not to tarnish the hotel's name, thanks.

I forgot that my changer was left in the room. Then the employee went up to clean it but didn't tell me that my changer was left in the room. Even though I had been waiting in the lobby for a long time. I should have said that someone was left there.

stayed 1 night here, the room was quite clean, the AC was cold, there was hot water for bathing, it's a shame the sheets and towels were already yellow, the blankets too, my kids felt itchy when they slept, maybe because of the blanket/sheets/other things.
for food, there aren't too many choices, but the taste is quite okay
for the location it's easy to find, spacious parking, friendly staff
