The staff is friendly, there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel, next to the hotel there is a supermarket + ATM...access is close to everywhere...

During the visit, renovations were underway, to go to the 2nd-3rd floor you had to use the stairs / there was no lift, which would be troublesome for the elderly.

The room with the broken LCD TV was actually given to a guest, at least fix it first before accepting another guest in that room. The bedsheets were not clean, there were lots of drool from the previous guest. The room was already dark, why was they given a broken LCD TV, is that a room or a prison without a TV?
