The hotel is good, but the facilities are still lacking, I have booked a suite room, but the AC is broken and doesn't work, but the superior is responsible by providing a fan, then the water tap is broken, and can't use hot water, you have to complain before it is fixed, but the service of the employees has no manners or politeness, how come people passing by are laughed at, people wanting to have breakfast are laughed at, it seems like there is no education, even though it's not laughing at hotel guests, but it's very impolite treatment, please evaluate the superior, for the employees, to be better at serving guests, don't be like children, thank you🙏

it's not cold, because it's small or the room is too big.

Please fix the damaged ones, like curtains, mattresses, leaking walls. Because the price is not cheap.

1st time been to Sibolga & stayed at this hotel recommended by local. Located on the city center, beside Bank Mandiri, SPBU & Bank BNI. Nearby to Sibolga Square with variety of food by walking distance. Polite Front Officer too. Breakfast wise better find outside.

The room did not match what was ordered, very ugly, tube tv.

Pretty good for a hotel in Sibolga at a pretty affordable price.

service is not satisfactory & attitude of the receptionist is not polite. initially booked the 2nd floor when I arrived at the hotel reception, the reason the 2nd floor already had. better prepare their customers who come often compared to online customers.

I booked a deluxe room for 2 nights but on the first night I was given a standard room on the grounds that the deluxe room was full and it was only the second night after the complaint was just given a deluxe room.

Yellow water, little TV broadcast. Breakfast is very unsatisfactory.

There are some reasons why me and families feel unsatisfied with this hotel: 1. Lack of staffs: We checked-in in the evening, and there is only one staff in front office who also charged as concierge. 2. No lift: When the staff confirmed that our room was at 3rd floor, we expected that the hotel have a lift. Sadly, the hotel did not have that, and some of my family who are elderly had to reached the room by stairs. 3. Smells and dirty: When we entered the room, we smelled cigarette smoke and we found many footsteps on the wall as well. Eventhough the room was clean, we regreted that a bed sheet of the room had also footsteps which made us unsure with the cleanliness of this hotel. 4. Taste of food: During our stay, we did not find any good taste on the food. 5. Lack of additional facilities: The staff confirmed that the hotel did not give us to borrow the hair-dryer or iron. To sum up, we feel disappointed with this hotel since we received bad services but we had to pay with an expensive price.

Rooms like not been used for a long time, no hotel slippers, room service also not clean, pillows are very dirty.

The water cooker for coffee and tea is gone. Breakfast was boring, service was lacking. Would not stay here again.
