Rodhita Hotel is a great option for a short stay in Banjarmasin, the city of a thousand rivers. While not directly on the main road, it sits just one building away—close enough for convenience but far enough to avoid heavy street noise.
The location is excellent, with DAMRI airport shuttles from Syamsudin Noor International Airport passing nearby, and within walking distance of Pasar Sudimampir and Pasar Sentra Antasari. The riverside promenade (siring) is also not too far by foot.
Rooms are very comfortable even at the most affordable tier, featuring large-screen TVs with access to the latest internet-based entertainment. The hotel is also a popular venue for weddings and similar events. During my stay, there was a wedding celebration complete with live music.
Additional highlights include a spacious parking area, an “angkringan”-style food corner, and live music on the veranda. A budget-friendly stay with great value, ideal for both leisure and short business trips in Banjarmasin.
