The staffs are nice and helpful. But the room was not too clean, especially the bathroom. Our room was blackout twice, and finally we were moved to another room at night. The food was also poor, for the same price we can get complete and appropriate buffet at other 4 stars Hotel.

Staying only to sleep because the in-laws' house is full during the Eid al-Adha holiday, from the rate I don't expect much because this is an apartment that is used as a hotel. For cleanliness, the standard of apartments that are used as hotels, according to the price, but the rooms are quite spacious, the service staff from check in to the parking attendants are all friendly, it's worth it if you just sleep.

Stayed one night in a superior double bed room, overlooking the pool. Sheets and towels that are dull in color need to be replaced. The lights on the balcony didn't turn on, the exhaust in the bathroom didn't turn on. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. The rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is quite diverse and tasty. Just for a night's rest is enough. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel, and you can order online too.

TV channel is so trouble, suddenly stop and we could not watch comfortable. Internet service so slow, many times no signal. Bathroom is dirty and too old. Lucky me I spent lot of time outside, so back to bed room only for sleep. I really don't want to recommend and will not come again.

The room is clean. Spacious enough for three. I ordered 2 single beds for 3 adults (can be used for 4 adults; the room will be cramped if you add an extra bed). One room can be filled by any number of people according to their respective comfort (as long as you don't add breakfast/extra bed, there is no additional fee, if you add towels I don't know if you can or not). In the room I got (109) there is a long table, lots of storage cabinets, and a large wardrobe, so those who are going to stay a few days will be very helpful, being able to store a lot of things. AC, lights, water faucets, tv, and water heater are functioning properly. There is a sink, so you can wash cutlery or groceries. The bathroom is fairly clean, although there are stains (natural for a building that has been operating for quite a while, but it would be better if it was cleaned perfectly). It looks like the towels need to be replaced because it looks like the towels are getting 'worn' even though they are actually clean towels. Too bad the balcony door couldn't be opened. The staff is very friendly. There is no parking fee either: D overall, I am satisfied staying here.

Rooms are not comparteble and small, feeling scare in the isle due to dump lamp, food not variety, bath room very low light, mattras is hard not soft. Kettle is yet washed. TV and Wifi are working.

(-) 1. The bathroom is dirty. 2. The mattress is really hard even though this class is sahid. 3. The TV has no external channels, only uses Apollo TV. 4. The balcony cannot be opened for security reasons. (+) 1. Breakfast is quite good. 2. Add a cheap breakfast for only 65 thousand. 3. The swimming pool is okay, the children's section is not inside. 4. Nice view.

The parking lot is uncomfortable because it is dark, there are no lights and it is spooky. The surrounding environment is not maintained. The springbed feels iron.

Spacious rooms, complete equipment, great hospitality, at a glance more of an apartment that is camouflaged as a hotel. But the tv channel is incomplete and many can't. Towels smell good and clean, but look like they've been used many times. Dark entrance. The rest is all good.

There were some rice and candy wraps on the floor and lots of ants. Looks like the room was cleaned in a hurry. The bed sheets and the towels are a not clean and yellowish and there are some stains on the bedsheet😪. Although the view from the room is nice and the breakfast is okay. What a pity a room with a nice view but quite not managed well
