Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

Hotel Santika is one of best hotel in Banyuwangi. The service is very good, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is also variatif and delicious. I will be back to Santika if I go to the Banyuwangi again.

Second time staying at this Santika Hotel, close to the city center, especially close to the famous Bik Ati rawon, very friendly staff service, very tasty and varied breakfast, spacious parking, nice rooms, cold air conditioning, clean swimming pool and surprise requests for wives to be noticed and realized, I would recommend to all travelers to choose this hotel.

A perfect choice if you’re looking to stay in Banyuwangi City Centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with plenty of authentic Indonesian food options to try.
Although the view is city-facing (so you won’t get beachfront sunrise or sunset), the overall experience, from the breakfast and amenities to the staff’s friendliness and central location, makes it totally worth the price.
