all staff are friendly, got a welcome drink..
it's amazing to get 4 bottles of bottled water per day, where other hotels only get 2 bottles per day...
the breakfast menu is varied and delicious
it's just that when you get out of the elevator on the 2nd floor
the air feels stuffy, the smell of dusty carpet is quite noticeable to me
the same goes for the room.. hopefully it will be a concern for the hotel
but overall is good thx

overall the staff are all friendly
what I like here, bottled drinking water is rationed 4 bottles per day
where other hotels I have visited, only provide 2 bottles of water/day
only the room smells musty..
breakfast also has a varied menu and food can be brought to the room

I chose this place because it was next to Mahaka Square but it turned out to be disappointing :(
- I found condom trash in the room, probably from the previous occupant.
- There was a dead animal on my pillow
- During breakfast, the food that had run out was not immediately refilled, the service was slow, and the dining room was messy.
- The hot water didn't work.
If there is another event at Mahaka Square, I think I'll prefer to stay at another hotel :"(((
