Very nice hotel. Place at central business area. Old hotel with very good maintenance. Clean and tidy. Semua pegawainya ramah dan sigap. Limited choice for breakfast menu, but have a good taste. Very recommended hotel.

It was a good stay, although theres a problem due to purchase pending (has paid but ticket not issued immediately), the food was pretty good. I would try to stay again if I have a chance

The room we had was not cold although the technician came to repair it, hence was pretty stuffy and can't open the window, we were quite disappointed but the breakfast was beyond my expectations. Finally had the best coffee during my 10 days trip around Java! The cook in egg station, made the coffee and served his special recipe noodle which was awesome. The room problem has become minor thanks for the breakfast. The Bubur Madura was so delicious I had the second serving, my kid love the breakfast and so happy with the sweet breakfast choices. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, neat and spacious rooms πclean toilets and complete equipment. The staff are friendly and very helpful π the food menu is delicious and complete, but because you are a bakery and pastry lover, that's the only thing in the photo π the fried rice is delicious, the soup is delicious. π Strategic location everywhere, where there are lots of delicious culinary delights. Hopefully there is sustenance to come back here when playing again in the city of Surabaya π

3 nights stay here the service is very satisfying. Good breakfast lots of choices. Next, if you go to Surabaya, you must stay here again. Strategic location, low prices, top service. The criticism is that the hotel sandals are only a pair & there is only 1 toothbrush (although it is changed every day because I stayed 3 nights) and in the application it says there is no hairdryer. Thank you.

The room is very comfortable. There are also all facilities, from toiletry sets to rooms with sofas and minibars, all okay. Just yesterday it seemed like it was really busy, so the wifi was really slow :) But overall the room facilities were okay. Then yesterday I happened to buy the breakfast package. The breakfast is also pretty good, maybe you can add flour, like snapper or flour chicken hehe, thanks.
