Probably one of the best stays we had in Surabaya! As a family of four, we had the most pleasant time! The room was cozy, everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing though! Lots of options to choose from, all delicious and super kids friendly! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The view from the room was also nice, and there’s even a shuttle car to get to Tunjungan!!! Very nice✨ There’s a warm pool for the kids which was very handy😎 keep up the excellent service guys, would love to come back and surely we will recommend this hotel to our friends!

The elevator is always full, small, cramped for 5 people, and doesn't fit much. It's difficult to get from your room to the lobby and vice versa. Parking is difficult; you have to use the valley. The food is mediocre.
