Clean, complete food. Only the room is cramped, with an open sink near the bed and clothes hanger. When washing hands, water splashes onto the hanging clothes.

The staff are generally friendly, but there is a "probably superior" who was rude when he reprimanded a guest because there was a guest who was not wearing a swimsuit. Maybe the guest was wrong, but the way the superior reprimanded him was not good.

very good hotel to stay, unfortunately, the hotel is the modern one which they put the sink outside the bathroom, they separate the toilet and wash room, hence, it made us feel super moist. not healthy.

The menu wasn't varied, the fruit quality wasn't good, and the papaya was too soft and cracked.
Stayed for 3 nights. I asked about the rendang menu on the first day and was told it wasn't. On the second day, I was told it wasn't. On the third day, I was told there was never a rendang menu.

One of the best hotels in Padang.
With a large hotel chain, Santika certainly has high standards.
We found the hospitality to be excellent.
The staff were friendly, efficient, and proactive, providing us with much assistance.
