A reference hotel, every time I'm going to Semarang with my family.
Located right in the city center with wide parking space and easy access.
Various breakfast options, especially at the food stall to the left of the restaurant entrance.
Spacious and clean rooms.
Friendly & helpful staff as always.

What a pleasant staying experience! The hotel had this classic hotel vibes with the interiors and such but the hospitality of each if the staff is superb, the room itself is super comfortable and I could see the sun rising from the window of my room 😍 it also had sofa by the window

The kettle didn't work, the electricity both plug bedside didn't work, no tea cups & spoons as such the standard of a 4 star hotel (only 2 glasses there)
We booked premiere king room, yet over-booked so they upgraded our room to Suite and registered me to Santika member (I don't know if this paying member or free)
Breakfast was okay, usually Santika hotel have a good breakfast (wasn't good enough compare than we experienced before with other Santika)

The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially since I brought a baby. Checking in is easy since the data is linked to all Santika's databases, so there's no need to bring out your ID card.
When it comes to comfort, cleanliness, and room amenities, Santika Premiere is definitely the best. 🫶🏻✨️ The rooms are even more spacious than Santika Premiere BSD, making it more comfortable. 👌🏻
And in the restaurant, everyone is very helpful. They prepared a baby chair and helped heat my baby's food and place it in a bowl nicely. I really love the little things that really mean a lot! Kuddos! 🙌🏻
The location is in the middle of the city, so it's really easy to get around. Ahhh, it's a great choice if you're bringing a baby because it's so convenient. Even shopping for souvenirs is close by, so you can take a morning walk and sunbathe with your baby.
Last but not least,
there's free battery charging for your EV. Thank God, now you don't have to charge the car outside; you can just leave it to sleep. The technician will help you later. The service is very good ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

One of the best hotels in downtown Semarang, with ample parking for those driving. Despite its age, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are also spotless. Recommended for those staying near the SMG Grand Mosque.
