Amazing hotel, cozy and clean. The view from the rooftop is amazing surrounded by 5 Mountains. The room is clean and quiet. I really recommended thia hotel for everyone.💗 but there is a mysrery here, I wonder where thw sleepees go? We only saw them at the 1st day. We spent 4D3N.

Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan/menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat/menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta.

The hotel staff when checking out were not friendly, seemed rushed, I am also a hotel employee so I understand the rules, late check out is at 1. It was only after 12:15 that we were charged an additional fee, even though we added a room directly when paying, no negotiation.

Overall, the service, etc., was good, but I was a little disturbed by other tenants who happened to be on the same floor as me (4th floor). They rented several adjacent rooms (apparently a large family), so their room doors were open and they were chatting in the hallway until late at night with loud voices (noisy), so I couldn't rest comfortably.
Just a suggestion, maybe the hotel staff can check each floor occasionally and discipline any tenants like that so as not to disturb other tenants, thank you.

Staying at this hotel is also comfortable. The hotel is clean and tidy. I happened to get a room on the 2nd floor, well, I don't know why it feels like every time someone passes from the upper floor, it feels like it's there 😅 but overall I really like it, there's a place to hang out upstairs, the rooftop is okay, the AC is cold, there are towels and toothbrushes, and the price is affordable 😍

The room was comfortable and clean, but there was no water heater. The staff was friendly. I was quite satisfied for a hotel in the city center that is close to everywhere. The food was delicious and the service was also good. I will come back again if I go to Malang. Thank you.
