Very satisfying! Great cleanness there is no dust at all even if we touch the edge of the mirror or furniture. Great hospitality. Great Food with various variant of Javanese food. Definitely will come back to stay at Tentrem again. Keep up the good work.

It is marvelous experience. The hotel, the room, the swimming pool, all the fasciitis are marvelous. They really manage it well, and the hospitality is very warmth. Definitely recommended

I had an extraordinary experience during my stay. Tentrem still gives so much attention to details which most hotels do not nowadays. I still see my name on the TV as a welcoming gesture. We stayed with my child and they gave us 3 sets of pillows. When we entered the room, the AC already turned on. They gave us 3 door keys to use. The check in and check out processes were also fast. Every line of hotel staff greets us with sincere tones and smiles. These little kinds of things made you willing to pay more and come back in the future. I only wish they keep their great quality 10 years or more as great as now.

Staying at Tentrem Hotel Semarang, comfortable, parking can be valley, partition with the city center, comfortable, fun, food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious, many choices for eating, comfortable rooms and comfortable beds, only the bathroom is a bit smelly because the drainage is not smooth and the towels are not fresh smell. Hopefully it can be better for a 5 star hotel. Thank you

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever tried, the price per night is also relatively very ok for a 5 star hotel. The staffs are very helpful and very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and classy, the breakfast is very delicious. Maybe the best hotel for now in Semarang.

Clean room, indoor and outdoor play ground although not big but enough to make children happy, clean swimming pool and there are big pillows to play in the pool for children. Breakfast for children with height measurement is a bit uncomfortable because our child is only 5 years old but tall, although it turns out that his height is still within the normal size allowed to be able to have free breakfast. Overall we are comfortable staying here

I always choose Tentrem Semarang every time I visit the city, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrive. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which adds to the comfort of the stay. One of my favorite features is the pool—it's beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect not just for relaxing, but also for doing some proper swimming practice. It's rare to find a hotel pool this good! Tentrem Semarang continues to be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Very recommended stay, can say one of the best hotels in Semarang city, very comfortable room with a lot of pillow and even bolster selection! Very spacious, modern and clean room with very friendly service from the hotel staffs. Breakfast is also very delicious with lots of choices including local Semarang style food.
