Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very kid-friendly. Next time I'll be here again. Friendly service, comfortable, safe. Keep it up. Got a beautiful view even though when I got there it was always foggy, but everything was okay, very comfortable there. Next time I'll stay at this hotel again. For those of you who are looking for accommodation, it's better to stay here because it's super comfortable, nice.

the hotel staff is friendly, check in & check out is very easy and fast, cleanliness is standard, the swimming pool is clean and there are several officers on standby at the pool, thank God the kids love swimming.

The staff is friendly, the location is strategic at the foot of Mt. Guntur so you can take a morning walk to Mt. Guntur, the rooms are clean, the bathroom has a pool for soaking in hot water, a swimming pool for children and teenagers, because it is like a mini waterboom, so people outside the hotel guests can enter by paying a ticket, it is full on holidays, the breakfast is quite varied and the food is delicious, suitable for cold places.

The staff is friendly, the size of the villa tirta type room is quite spacious and comfortable, the only downside is that the bathroom is a bit smelly and not very clean, overall it is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good, but the variety is lacking.

I stayed at Villa Bali 2:
Facilities: The villa shower only worked in one bathroom, even though there were three bathrooms, including a shower in the pool, but not all of them had water coming out, especially when the jacuzzi faucet was turned on. The other showers didn't come out at all. The hot water pool was okay, the facilities were okay, but cleanliness needed to be improved, there were a lot of cigarette butts around the pool.
Service: The receptionist wasn't very responsive, not commensurate with the price of the room. They should provide more training. The security guard didn't smile at all, even though hospitality is a must.
Food: The taste was terrible. Did the owner or manager not have a food test? It's a shame the room was okay, but the food was unclear, the porridge was very watery, the fried rice had no seasoning, let alone other condiments. Try comparing it with 5-star hotels so you can differentiate between all the dishes. Only the drinks and fruit were really tasty. The staff's excuse was that it was busy. Sorry, that's not an excuse. Don't think that just because it's busy means guests are satisfied, it's just that not everyone dares to speak up and review.

Booked a VIP room, just arrived, it smelled so bad of cigarettes that it was stuffy, so we asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, and we were moved.
But it still smelled of cigarettes, although not too bad. It seems like there are no non-smoking rooms, and there are ashtrays inside. 🤦♀️The elevator is near the pool, so the floor on the way to the elevator is wet. 🥲We only stayed here once, because we don't like the smell of cigarettes, especially since we brought a toddler. Luckily, we only booked one night.. I really felt bad about this hotel.

The AC can't swing so the cold goes straight to the feet, in my opinion the room size is too small for the price offered, the breakfast should be more varied, the positive is the abundant natural hot water and there is a waterboom area

I am happy to be able to vacation there. It's just that the sheets are dirty, there is a lot of dust and crumbs on the walls of the bed as if it hadn't been cleaned, my little brother found dirt on the bed.
The bathroom and sofa are the same. It's better to check the cleanliness of the mattress, sheets, bathroom, and drinking water before guests arrive. The therapy baths also have slippery stepping stones, the water doesn't come out of the tap, there is a lot of moss, and the water is not hot for therapy. Hopefully in the future they can improve the facilities and also maintain cleanliness.
