So far, the room is nice, spacious, and the bed is comfortable, but the breakfast is not very good, the place is not very suitable for many guests, the food takes a long time to refill and don't expect many choices, guys... there's only heavy food and porridge.

The hotel is quite decent like a 3 star, but unfortunately it is not well maintained, the furniture used is from a good brand but is not well maintained, the water tap is rusty, the toilet flash is loose and rusty, the trash can cover is loose, the water still smells like it doesn't use a filter so it makes the room smell like sulfur, the AC is not too cold and the mattress is time to be replaced, the sheets and blankets look like they are rarely changed, there are lots of spots so it itches, the rest is good, the food variants are not too many but not bland, you can enjoy everything (satisfying), the staff is friendly, the view is okay, the water tourism is lacking because it is not hot water and mixed with visitors who are not staying so the water gets dirty quickly, the conclusion is it is a shame about the cleanliness, it should be perfect if the cleanliness is prioritized to the point that the faucets and door handles are also paid attention to

The hot water in the bathroom wasn't warm or hot at all. The purpose of staying here was to soak and relax. Just a suggestion: if there's no hot water in the room, don't sell it. People go to Garut to soak. Cleanliness and food are still okay.

Try the VIP and Executive rooms, they are the same, just different ornaments in the bathroom, the kids prefer the VIP but I prefer the executive ornaments. Breakfast is ordinary but everything is delicious ♥️
