Saya pesan kamar yang jauh dari jalan raya dan saya ditempatkan di kamar No. 8. Buat saya yang sensitif suara, di kamar ini tidak terlalu terdengar suara kendaraan kecuali sesekali saja sehingga saya bisa beristirahat dengan nyenyak. Kamarnya juga bersih. Very pleasant room. There is hot water. LED TV with various broadcasts. Cold AC. Mineral water 2 bottles. Soap and toothbrush. Towels 2. Electric kettle for coffee and tea. The location is right on the side of Jalan Setiabudi. Easy access. There is parking for cars and motorbikes. There is a cafe on the 2nd floor. Prices are pocket friendly.

Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. When I was asking the guard, he was just casually playing on his phone while lying under the stairs like he was hiding. I had to say, "Sir, I'm talking," but he still had no manners, answering while lying down. Then I went out for a moment to eat Malang meatballs in front of the hotel. When I came back, the door to my room couldn't be opened. I called the guard again, but he was still lying down while playing on his phone. From the reflection on the screen, it looked like he was playing a game. Finally, I said firmly, "Sir, I'm a guest, not a friend. Why can't this door open?" He answered very casually and said that all rooms are like that, if you want to close the door only halfway. Wow, that's really strange. I also asked, "What if my things get lost?" He answered lightly, "Yes, I'm responsible," but he didn't even look at me at all. While he was fixing the door (even going so far as to pry it open with scissors), I had a chance to look at the other rooms and it turned out the doors were all normal, access was possible. So, it was clear he was lying when he said all the rooms were the same. From there, I became even more annoyed. I asked if there was a hotel manager, but he didn't even answer. I swear, what a terrible experience. For around 290,000 Rupiah, this kind of service is simply not worth it. There's no ethics, it's rude, and it's unprofessional.

It seemed neglected, and it was an uncomfortable experience: 1. The receptionist was basic. When I arrived, she appeared from the bottom of the stairs (there's a small room). She was unfriendly, didn't greet me, and was untidy. 2. After checking in, I was shown to my room, and it turned out the smart key wasn't working. So, to open it from the outside, I had to use a manual key, which could be used to open other rooms. So, we were a bit wary of leaving the room for security reasons. 3. The bed was starting to sag, and the water heater kept turning on and off. 4. Room amenities, such as a water heater for coffee and tea, weren't available in all rooms (because I booked more than one room). Suggestion: To further improve all the shortcomings, it would be better to have manual keys. Thank you

I got the suite closest to the door (there's no door, so you walk straight from the parking lot to the hallway). The hotel entrance is very close to the road. It's noisy until midnight with speeding motorbikes. If you have trouble sleeping due to noise, this won't be a good option. Other than that, everything is fine for the price. At most, there's no staff at check-out, so I'm unsure who to give the key to.

The staff was okay and quiet. I love the environment, went to Papaya and Rumah Makan Padang Sederhana nearby. The room was fine and the furniture looked new and expensive. I stayed only one night, I would love to stay more if the Wi-Fi was working. But the Wi-Fi wasn't, I couldn't get the signal too, I don't know why the location liked locked inside. I love the bedroom but the smell of cigarette from the bathroom exhaust is not recommended. I sprayed the perfume but it stayed long until morning, then I better checked out as early as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures nor videos.

Came 2x no one, when I got there it was different from the photo, there was no parking lot or security guard, security was very questionable, there was no outside door, went straight to the room door. When I got there there was no receptionist. It was really inappropriate and unprofessional. Request for cancellation was rejected.

24-hour hotel staff, very clean, comfortable and cozy rooms, close to places to eat such as McDonald's, KFC, Papaya, Hokben, and others. Hot water, towels, toiletries, drinking water, electric thermos are all available, very comfortable, especially the large parking lot. The only downside is that it's noisy with the sound of vehicles outside because it can be heard up to the room, coincidentally the place is on the side of the road
