Please do not use the towel again if there are stains on it. The sheet set and towels are starting to fade.

Check-in and check-out were easy. Towels needed recharging. The TV signal took a long time to load, only working in the morning. The staff checking the TV, delivering food, and parking attendants were friendly, informative, and helpful. The hotel is strategically located and easily accessible.

The soundproofing of the room must be taken into account again, sounds from the next room can be heard, is this possible in the connecting door zone?

It is always a pleasant experience when staying at Hotel IBIS Bandung Pasteur.

The location is strategically located in the city center. However, access to the hotel is a bit cumbersome: from the main road, you have to make a detour to the toll gate or take a fairly narrow village road. The room was small (as described). The most uncomfortable part was the very compact, quarter-circle-shaped bathroom—it was easy to bump into it when showering. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful; our room move yesterday was handled promptly. Thank you, Ibis Pasteur team! the staff should be friendlier

Breakfast is below average. They provide stale fried rice. We need to pay 90thou. for additional breakfast, but the menu is more likely 30thou. I will never stay in this hotel anymore. It is below of standard Ibis hotel.

Parking is tight, but the valet attendants are very responsive and friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is close to the Pasteur toll gate.

wifi is very slow and couldnt get the tv working.

The TV had no sound. I asked for help checking it, but no one came until I checked out. It was so quiet in the room, hufff. The bathroom looked like a ship's bathroom, hahaha. Just once, I'd rather stay at another hotel for the same price but with better quality.

The bathroom is cramped, and it feels like you're in a van or a boat, due to the many plastic elements on the walls. Although it's still functional, hotels at the same price are still bigger and more proper. I really like the breakfast menu, it's delicious.

Overall it's good, I just asked for tissue and it turned out the extra tissue was moldy so it couldn't be used, it should have been checked before being given to the customer, apart from that everything was quite comfortable

The AC is turned on, the staff is friendly, all the appliances work well, the room smells good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for my room to be made up, and shortly after checking in, it was done and the towels were replaced. Very kind.
