it's my second time. The room and its interior just fit. the air conditioner work well, the bathroom is clean. I like to stay at ibis pasteur whenever I go to pasteur. recommended.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the children's play facilities were varied, and there was a dedicated children's food counter.
The room was quite cramped, and the toilet had a foul odor, which was quite disturbing.
The blankets were torn and not very clean.

Checked in at 1 am, the parking lot was full, I was offered valet and the next day I asked how much it was, it was free, the room was nice, clean and fragrant, all the facilities in the room were available, it's just that the soundproofing was not good, you could hear from the next room, the service was friendly, all the staff. I never thought this hotel was a 3-star hotel, the valet was free, I really regret it, if I go to Bandung again, I must stay here again

Room is old, bathroom shower door not working properly. Toilet can't flush, but fixed immediately. Wi-Fi is so so slow. There is an event, so the hotel blocked the entrance. What a nuisance.

When checking in, it took a long time to get a room, even though it was almost Maghrib. There should have been a room ready from the beginning. And on the 2nd day, we were forced to rush to pack and move rooms again because there was maintenance on the 2nd floor. From the beginning, we should have been placed in a room that could be used for 2 days because when checking in, the staff already knew that we would be staying for 2 nights.
