We stayed here for our daughter'birthday and they helped us in providing a surprise welcome in our room, She was delighted. Thank you Ms. Triposa (sorry if I misheard the name), Mr. Putra and related departments HK and FB for this heartwarming welcome. We will definitely return, as this is a recommendee staycation hotel in Bekasi. Superb!

The Hotel is clean. The food also very nice. Swimming pool also not very crowded. Always want to come back to this hotel. My children love it.

I didn't snap any picture at all, but the room is clean and cozy. The service is also top notch from the front desk staff, restaurant crew, and security personnel. Hopefully, I can stay here again next time.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the cleanliness of the entire room area is okay, the facilities are complete, the hotel location is very strategic close to the LRT station, toll road. Have booked 3 times every time there is an event with friends.

My stayed 6 days. I'm overwhelmed with the hotel staff, they're so friendly & helpful especially F&B staff Mr Rasyid & Fauzi. The hotel have a very clean environment, room is great very clean and cosy, breakfast are superb, location for me are easy access to places I need to go. Recommended and value for money.
