The room is spacious enough, clean and quiet.

The room was extremely dirty, and the noise from outside was very loud. The air conditioner wasn’t working when I arrived, and I had to ask the staff to fix it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at an IBIS hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was easy, the hot water was good, and even though I got a room with a wall view, it was okay, the ambiance inside was comfortable. The breakfast variety was just right, but the porridge was too runny.

The towel is too thin, and basic amenities like shower cap and trash bags are missing. Please don’t remind guests about reducing plastic use cuz’ we use them responsibly. Also, the pillar in the middle makes the “deluxe” room feel cramped with no free space for prayer.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel view is cool.

All staff are responsive in responding to and addressing guest complaints. Please maintain and improve this service.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to expand the area. Some parts of the hotel are closed off (reception and elevator area). Check-in and check-out are easy. The family room with a triple bed was quite spacious, staying for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was still quite comfortable. The food was delicious and varied. Cleanliness was okay. There were no water outages (cold and hot water worked well). There is a mini showcase, but it didn't cool drinks well enough. The soundproofing is a bit poor (people walking in the corridor can be heard). There are several water dispensers in the corridor for refilling drinking water. Sunday mornings are car-free days in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the ground parking lot to the lobby/guest room area. Carrying heavy luggage and multiple cars requires exiting from the back and going around to park in the front area. Also, because I stayed on the 3rd floor, which is adjacent to the restaurant, I had to pass guests having breakfast there when checking out.

Ibis is indeed comfortable, especially since it is close to Simpang Lima Semarang, just a short walk across.

The hotel is very comfortable, strategically located near Simpang Lima, close to many food vendors so if you are hungry, just walk to the edge of Simpang Lima, the service is good, the view from the room is good, in short, you will not be disappointed staying here.

The room is not soundproof until night the children's voices can be heard in our room, disturbing us.

In front of Simpang Lima there is a lot of food, I will stay here again to visit my children who are in college, thank you to the friendly staff
