Ya lumayan, kondisi bersih, pelayanan resepsionis perlu ditingkatkan lagi, karena saat mau chekin tidak ada petugas nya, air agak macet, pelayanan service breakfast hanya di beri 1 minuman saja padahal tamunya ada 2. Sofar lumayan.

Got the room, the door couldn't be opened from inside, moved to another room, the air conditioner wasn't cold, the towels had to be asked & that was only one thing, the staff were friendly.

The first day of stay, wake up in the morning at 6 want to shower the water does not come out until 8, even though we are in a hurry to join the activity at 8.

I book a room for two. But the towel, glass, and anything only available for one person. The receiptionist said that there is no more additional towel. and also hair cap is not available. This hotels quality is so bad. Not recomended. Actually, the price is already cheap, but if the quality of service they given is this BAD, those cheap prices are actually overprice! Really not recommended for others to book here, not even in an urgent situation. I am very disappointed. Worst service and quality ever from all hotels I've stayed in my entire life!

In the room there are no towels, mineral water, slippers and tissue. We have asked the boy room to be given towels, mineral water, slippers and tissues. However, only towels and mineral water came. We asked for the slippers and tissue just to be promised again, with the words yes briefly delivered to the room. but did not come, Made us disappointed as hotel guests paid attention.
