I stayed for 2 nights because I happened to have a family member who was hospitalized at Santosa Hospital, it was close to the hospital so it made it easy for us to go back and forth to the hospital. The price was quite cheap at 350 thousand rupiah, which included breakfast. The room was clean, but the sheets needed to be replaced with new ones. The AC was cold, the staff were very friendly. I was allowed to check in before the scheduled time, the breakfast menu was varied and the taste was delicious, so far so good in my opinion, I have been a regular stay here when my family has check-ups at Santosa Hospital

The room has lots of cockroaches, the bathroom is dirty and crusty, the door is hard to close... the mattress is still comfortable, the cleanliness is maintained when you arrive, the soap is empty

Cleanliness, reception staff and night security are alert. Only the parking area is not good, when we arrived the outside parking lot was full, but we were helped to park by the night security who was quite friendly and polite. The goods were also helped to be carried when we checked in until we entered the room.
However,
for the security guard who was on duty during the day, around 1 pm on Thursday, June 12, 2025, please teach them again how to provide service in the hotel world. If it's just complex security, it's natural, this hotel security knows that mothers carry a lot of luggage, really a lot of my wife's condition is pregnant, just keep quiet.
His position was sitting smoking in the basement near the stairs/downstairs bathroom.
Then when our car came out, the person concerned did not move from his hangout even though he knew the basement area was difficult for large vehicles/families. Well, we just kept quiet,, really suddenly he broke down and hit the barrier when exiting the narrow parking area. Sorry for the hotel management, but the building is still in good condition, it does look scratched because of cars coming in and out.
please fix the parking area again.
And one more thing, please provide a small refrigerator in each room.

for a very strategic location near the station, hospital, entertainment venues, malls, Paskal 23, Pasar Baru, terminals and not too far from the town square and Jalan Braga.
all can be accessed on foot.
to find food is not difficult.
but why is the toilet clean but smells really bad.
for the sofa it looks like there are stains so I don't dare to sit, maybe it's just used as decoration.

Was staying here because it's near Sentosa Hospital. I need to back and forth from the hospital to the hotel, because I was waiting for one of my family members there. I stayed in this hotel for around 3 days. I was concerned about cleanliness, and so far it's all okay. The staffs regularly clean our room. But please change your towels with new ones. It looks dirty.
