The hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. The TV remote was a bit stiff, and since it's under renovation, there's no smoking area. Yesterday, I saw some men smoking in the hotel lobby. That's the only inconvenience, but otherwise, everything was fine 🙏🏻

As a hotel of Aston's caliber, the food and service are undeniable. It just looks like an old hotel, with a somewhat gloomy atmosphere, and it's quite far from the city center, with dusty roads. A new building is currently under construction, and hopefully, it will be more modern and comfortable in the future.

Stayed one night with my family (2 adults, 2 children). The room was comfortable and clean. However, it was a shame that the bottled water in the room was very limited. When we asked for more for the evening supply, we couldn't get a refill (maximum of four 330ml bottles), even though we brought our children and ordered room service for lunch and dinner. For a hotel of Aston's stature, this policy is quite disappointing. Hopefully, they will pay more attention to the comfort of family guests in the future.
