I used to stay here often because it was close to the mall and didn't really need a big room. Enough for two with the wife. Always satisfied with the condition of the room. That's why I always repeat staying at this hotel when I go to Balikpapan. But after a long time finally staying at this hotel again. A bit disappointed with the condition of the room now. The first time I got a room on the 7th floor. Entering the 7th floor hallway was a bit dark. When I opened the room, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke. It smells very pungent . Finally called the receptionist to ask to move to a non-smoking room. Get a room on the 6th floor. The condition of the 6th floor is better because the lights are all bright. Entered the room, saw the window curtain with holes 😂 the condition of the room where the floor was very dirty. Had to clean it myself because the floor was also used for prayer. Got a towel after asking the receptionist and the condition of the towel can be seen as in the photo. Torn and the color is a bit dull (looks like hotel property jatra towels). When you want to take a shower, the water in the shower flows very small. Sometimes it flows rather smoothly, sometimes it suddenly gets small by itself 😂 because I'm tired so I'm lazy to complain to the receptionist again. Hopefully the hotel can fix this inconvenience in the future. Because as a loyal customer somewhat disappointed with it. Thank you.

Kebersihannya kurang. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi. Selimut ketipisan itu, kaya cuma sprei putih doang gak ada daleman busanya. Kamar mandi juga kotor. Mohon ditingkatkan. Kelebihannya. Pelayanannya cepat, lokasinya deket ke pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat nongkrong.

This is the 3rd times I've been staying at this hotel and all those 3 times, their cleanliness still need a big improve. Before, I got room that clearly hasn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The sheet dirty (I don't know if it 's a lipsticks stain or blood stain), the trash can full and there 's woman pad right on top of it, the bathroom floor was slippery and there 's strand of hair, Lord! This period (November 2022), the hot water aint working & the closet clogged. It really stressing me out as I need to keep flushing it all night! I have to go back every month to a clinic near the area and this hotel won for the best price and location, they have great bar downstairs, near mall, everything is great except that one. So I really really hope, they improve their cleanliness and check their bathroom, whether everything is workin or not.
