Must try 24-hours hotel stay in Bandung! Check in at 7 PM and check out the same time on the departure date, totally helping me who could do check-in process after work and maximize the day off to be well spent. Shout out to Mas Rangga who helped me during my check-in and check-out process, also for the cute mirror drawing in the room. Keep up the great work! 🫶🏻

the hotel was awesome, the room very clean and the service was excellent, but during pandemic the swimming pool is closed and the breakfast can only delivered to room. for sure we will come back again

The hotel is strategic, but it's a bit complicated when parking, especially for me who has a toddler who has to go back and forth to the car but the car is not always ready in the hotel area, has to wait for a while because the car is parked outside the hotel, it's really complicated, can you imagine, if it rains? Poor security also has to go back and forth to get the vehicle, the dining area also has to go back and forth because the dining position is on 2 floors, especially for a toddler who has to go up and down, it's very uncomfortable, for others it's okay, strategic location, the room is also big, especially the bed is big, fast room service, really okay.

The check-in and check-out process is quite fast, get 24-hour check-in facilities, the location is very strategic, the room size is quite spacious, the amenities are quite complete but unfortunately the soap is not filled enough so it runs out of soap when you want to take a shower in the morning, the facilities are quite complete. and 1 thing that is most annoying is that all the pillows smell damp. Hopefully in the future it can be improved for the shortcomings, the rest is OK and please maintain it, it will be better if it is improved, because with a price that is quite above average, cleanliness should be the most important thing. thank you.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. I will always stay at Janevalla when I go to Bandung! The location is strategic, really close to everywhere. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof and the car parking is valet. So if you want to leave suddenly, don't do it because it can take about 5 minutes to pick up the car.

The staff was friendly and prompt.
The room was spacious, with complete amenities, and parking was easily accessible with valet parking.
It was my birthday that day, and I received a cake as a gift.
The 24-hour stay was very helpful, as I was on a short business trip in Bandung and needed flexible time to rest.
