Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. 2 large beds, 2 toilets, 2 TVs, 2 storage spaces, breakfast for 4 people, complete toiletries, spacious room, great service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything. Most importantly for me, I couldn't see dirty clothes. The hotel helped with express laundry. There's also a shoe cleaning service near the hotel, called "washaway," because after the Bromo trip, it was so cool. Everything is available here.

The room didn't show the direction of the Qibla for prayer.
A simple thing that makes rest uncomfortable. Even large hotels have Qibla direction stickers in their rooms.
There were no water kettles in the room.

Perfect, only regarding the capsule type room, the description is not clear enough that the toilet is outside. Please provide a detailed and complete explanation so that backpackers can decide whether to choose a capsule or standard room. All is well.

On the second day, a few hours before check-out, the power went out, and there was no generator. It was also reported that the generator was broken. So, our family showered in the dark and cleaned up in the dim light.
After booking two rooms, my room had no amenities (only an empty toothbrush holder, soap holder, etc.) and no slippers.
When I brought this up to the receptionist, they responded casually ("There should be some, ma'am"), and the staff didn't apologize at all for the power outage and the empty amenities holder.
Not to mention the strange incident of knocking on my door twice in the early hours of the morning (when I opened the door, no one was there). Despite the affordable price, the service should still be maintained.

Just for evaluation, sis, there is a difference between bath towels and doormat towels, yesterday I happened to get a towel that was torn and no longer white 🤭, and the one for the doormat was still white, but the friendly staff asked me to replace it immediately with a decent one.. overall it's good, comfortable 👍🙏

The bed and food were comfortable, and for 300,000 Rupiah you get a delicious Javanese breakfast. The service was also good. There's no coffee available, only hot water. The bathroom also has hot water. Overall, this hotel is affordable, but offers the quality of a four-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good night's sleep at a reasonable price.

Stayed in room 102 on October 4th for just one night.
Easy access everywhere, plenty of places to eat nearby, the Kingkoil Elegance mattress is great, the coffee and breakfast are quite good, although there's only one type of cake and fruit. There's a dispenser in the lobby for refilling drinking water. The hot water for showers is just the right temperature without needing to be adjusted. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception.

The bedlinen and towels are dull. The toilet cleanliness is very poor (even though it received a Traveloka award in 2019). The senior hospitality staff are nice, but the junior staff are a bit lacking. Grab Food only comes from reception to your room for information. 😌 There's no electric kettle or coffee in the room. The mosquito net is not fully equipped, only accessories.

Just for evaluation, sis, there is a difference between bath towels and doormat towels, yesterday I happened to get a towel that was torn and no longer white 🤭, and the one for the doormat was still white, but the friendly staff asked me to replace it immediately with a decent one.. overall it's good, comfortable 👍🙏

Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. 2 large beds, 2 toilets, 2 TVs, 2 storage spaces, breakfast for 4 people, complete toiletries, spacious room, great service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything. Most importantly for me, I couldn't see dirty clothes. The hotel helped with express laundry. There's also a shoe cleaning service near the hotel, called "washaway," because after the Bromo trip, it was so cool. Everything is available here.

The bed and food were comfortable, and for 300,000 Rupiah you get a delicious Javanese breakfast. The service was also good. There's no coffee available, only hot water. The bathroom also has hot water. Overall, this hotel is affordable, but offers the quality of a four-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good night's sleep at a reasonable price.

Stayed in room 102 on October 4th for just one night.
Easy access everywhere, plenty of places to eat nearby, the Kingkoil Elegance mattress is great, the coffee and breakfast are quite good, although there's only one type of cake and fruit. There's a dispenser in the lobby for refilling drinking water. The hot water for showers is just the right temperature without needing to be adjusted. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception.

The bedlinen and towels are dull. The toilet cleanliness is very poor (even though it received a Traveloka award in 2019). The senior hospitality staff are nice, but the junior staff are a bit lacking. Grab Food only comes from reception to your room for information. 😌 There's no electric kettle or coffee in the room. The mosquito net is not fully equipped, only accessories.
