We had so much fun staying at jhl solitaire. The staff was so wonderful, we asked for anniversary decorations and they fulfilled the request perfectly yet pretty. Thank you jhl solitaire. Definitely we'll be back for another wondrous stays at jhl solitaire

Nice hotel. The design so good. All were great. The only thing they need need to improve is the staff number on restaurant when breakfast. I waited to long to get served.

I had the most pleasant stay here. All the staff are helpful and kind, and also extra miles services. The food and accommodation were both exceptional, We loved our stay here, the rooms, services, everything has been lovely! We are sad to leave to soon. Thanks for a great stay!

I ordered Premium room 3 King 's bed and 1 Twins, where I only got 3 breakfast from 3 king rooms (per day) and 2 breakfast from Twins (per day). While by default, per King room. Should give 2 paxes breakfast, as I paid and choose for Room with breakfast! And in result I need to pay for IDR 900k for breakfast additional paxes. So incovenience.

However, we would like to clarify that upon reviewing our booking records, we found that the total number of pax for the King rooms were booked as 1 pax each, not 2 pax as you mentioned. Had a great experience here. Welcomed with free activity for the kids, the room was sparkling clean, free mini bar, and complete amenities. Breakfast was delicious and the unique part is that they have mini indoor space-themed playground in the restaurant. The only minus was there was maintenance job on the pool and the pool water is a little bit dirty. But overall we had a wonderful experience here

Nice and clean hotel, they allowed me for early check in which made the kiddos smile they were very happy, good for family staycation, nice view from the 13flr. Breakfast not so wow just okay. Not to mention the TV kept shutting down every few minutes. Pool a little bit small consdring this is a 5star hotel right! No greetings from the crew at the pool, and I hate the acces to the pool? I don't like that I have to climb more small and high stairs just to get to the pool like Ohmaygad. Whtswrong with the pool elevator? No idea why someone design thiss? Why couldn't they just put the elevator directly to the pool? Omaygad, actually nice and big hotel it just went wrong by the pool access and it lost its fancy feeling just by the pool acces. But overall its a good hotel.
