Nice hotel. The design so good. All were great. The only thing they need need to improve is the staff number on restaurant when breakfast. I waited to long to get served.

My 2nd stay in jhl solitaire and the check-in process was smooth. Shout out and thanks to mas Darmawan for being very helpful and kind. He helped me with an upgrade room from Premier Room to Executive Room! And because of his hospitality, I have the chance to try the Executive Lounge (where I had my gin tonic and very nice one) and also a complimentary cake:) I'll surely choose Executive Room for my next visit. Thank you mas Darmawan:). And for the room, it is spacious enough, clean, complete amenities and of course the star for me is the bathub-it was huge and cozy. Breakfast is also great with many selections:). All and all it is always a stay worth the money in jhl solitaire. For sure will come back again for another staycation!

1. Slow response from room service. 2. Can't use the internal phone. 3. Water colour is a bit yellowish. 4. Hot water is not really hot, need engineering to fix it. 5. Engineering staff enters the room with dirty shoes, what a f**k. 6. Even simple devices such as hair drier, and coffee makers work unproperly and still need engineering staff to fix it. Definitely not come again and recommend our entire family, friends and colleague not to visit or staycation to this hotel.

Love the room. The ambience and colour is luxurious. The bathtub is large. Breakfast is great with many choices. The bed is big and comfy. Perfect for honeymoon and special occasion. 🥰.
