Amazing stay at Jiwa Jawa Resort Bromo! The hotel is super nice and clean. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and the receptionist gave us an upgrade to an executive room as our superior room choice was not ready yet. The room is spacious and this hotel is really cold so be sure to bring an extra pair of warmers

It was great spending time with whole family. There also playground for kids to play, and the area location was breathtaking. More importantly, the food was awesome and the protocol was best.

We were arrived at bromo at 10 pm and looking for a hotel which can accommodate my family (me, wife and 2 kids) and after searched on traveloka, we had found jiwa jawa still available and we ordered it and checked in. The hotel is comfy and clean but little bit old. The room is spacious and the breakfast was good although not much variants are available. Overall is good.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful and comfort with friendly staffs. The foods in belanga reataurant, rehar bromo cafe and roemah tjoklat was great and so yum. Breakfast taste need improvement but overall we were happy and please stay in Jiwa Jawa resort and surely will be back again if we visit Bromo someday

It's the second time staying here, the place is perfect and the breakfast is also delicious, the hotel is at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level so it's really cold.

Very satisfied with this vacation even though the tourist area is closed. Got a mountain view upgrade room and a wider room, unfortunately a bit dirty maybe because it's a dusty area. But overall it's good especially being able to check in early. Unfortunately, it needs to be added to the children's play area so that the children feel at home playing for a long time. And for the variety of the dining menu, for the price of the hotel, please increase it to make it more attractive to guests. Thank you Javanese soul
