The hotel staff was very friendly, and the security guard was even willing to help us take photos and videos at the best photo spots. The food and drinks were all freshly prepared, and the heated pool was clean. The atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful. Sitting in the cafe and listening to the sound of the waterfall made the atmosphere even more relaxing. It was truly impressive. I'd love to vacation here again with my family.

The location has plenty of photo opportunities, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and it's perfect for a vacation with kids.
A small note: upon arrival, we found a small stain in the bathroom, but the housekeeping staff was quick to respond and cleaned it up. Thank you.

When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff. The food from the room service and cafe was delicious. But unfortunately the breakfast was lacking. There was not enough variety and the taste was lacking. Maybe the taste and variety could be improved. The hotel vibe was really good, the room was okay, the pool was very good, but the breakfast was lacking.

5 star hotel in Guci, in terms of location, it is in a valley, quiet, the road is still quite safe, the rooms are spacious, only the breakfast is far from the standard of most 5 star hotels, the variety and taste are lacking, for that price it is not worth it
