A very nice hotel, great location, we can find many food options around the hotel from street food until fast food chain. Room is ok, clean and spacious enough. Comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. All the staffs are helpful, polite and friendly. Will be back again for sure!

Location is very good. We can explore some culinary experiences around. The room is clean and simple. Not too small and not too large. Unfortunately, our room lock sensor type had not work couple times but in the end it was just technical reason. Will stay there again in next trip.

The staff was very helpful, my room was upgraded because at first I requested my room to be on the same floor as my friends. Because the preparation process took longer than I expected, I changed the plan and they upgraded the room😄

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, although a bit cramped. The bathroom was also clean, with the hot water running perfectly. They could use more staff, or have someone on standby, as elevator issues require a phone call to reception.
The food is quite varied and quite tasty, and it's kid-friendly. Ample parking.

A memorable experience while there.. The location is in the city center and everywhere can be reached by foot, and there are many culinary delights to try. Friendly staff, clean rooms and instagrammable interiors make it comfortable, especially for children.. Unfortunately, even though the food tastes quite good, the breakfast menu is not very diverse, but as an additional point, there is free hi-tea for a relaxing snack in the afternoon.

The hotel is really nice, aesthetic in every corner. You can get afternoon snacks and delicious breakfast, no need to doubt because it is in the same group as Santika Hotel. Close to Tunjungan Plaza, just walk. Close to Pizza Hut, McD and popular cafes. Want to stay here again. The view of the room is nice
