Its a big room but The room looks very old, bathroom was OK but the tiles are yellowing. And when we were asleep there's a cockroach on bed so my child got scared and I had to search for the housekeeping to cleaned it and sprayed the room. So I did not sleep good

This accommodation is in the good location. But the interior in the some spot does not maintained properly. The air conditioner does not give the cold temperature even it was already set to the 16C. The breakfast menu does not give the much variant.

I booked 3 rooms and got room 208, 210 and 215. Unfortunately the air conditioner of 208 and 210 didn't work well. My family kept get hot even the air conditioner temperature already configured as 16 Celcius.

Nothing special. The room is in an old building. But service was good and the room and public area were all clean, except the glass window in our room with many birds'poo from outside. Yuck! The food was just so so.

The hotel needs deep cleaning …. My husband got rashes from the bed …. My toilet the sink was broken.

Not recommended to stay in this hotel. Very dirty and smelly. This is not like 3 star hotel!
