The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the room's interior features outdated furnishings. Some of the wood is peeling. The clothes hangers are too high and unsuitable for petite individuals.

Less comfortable because the AC is not cold, the door of the room can not be locked properly, the handle is broken, the room has a limit even though if you have rented a room at that expensive price, it should at least be able to accommodate a large family. Food with a price rate that is too expensive, especially heavy meals should be considered at an affordable price such as mooi park or salt place so that it can be reached.

The receptionist was not friendly. You can't get extra beds but they are charged. The AC is not cold and the water heater is also off. The restaurant waiter is friendlier than the FO person.

Suggestions for those who want to stay here, especially on weekdays, ask before buying tickets, ask if the swimming pool can be used immediately or not. The wifi needs to be improved in quality, it's still slow, sometimes the network is lost. Overall it's a good place, the staff are friendly. This will come back again.

The service is not friendly, plus the room water turns off from night until 11 am just turned on, where the hotel maid does not respond to preparing water for toilet energy facilities, as long as the water is off. The point is disappointing.

As ordered, we got a garden view room. When I entered the room, I really smelled a pungent odor (either the smell of building wood or damp) because I couldn't breathe because I finally asked to move rooms, to pool view, but it turned out that the smell was still the same but the smell was lower than the first room. Eating must find out how to overcome the smell so that the smell can disappear, even though the concept of the bed with mosquito nets is attractive and clean. The swimming pool is dirty, the environment is poorly maintained. Food should be improved maintenancenya. The only good thing is the cafe, a good spot to see the sunset.
