The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of the city. Easy access to anywhere. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. I like this hotel the most, there is a bolster. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is always the best. The restaurant is located on the roof top. The staff service is very friendly and makes it easy for us guests.

With a price that can be said to be very affordable, this hotel provides very satisfying service! My room was upgraded and the facilities were clean. In addition, although the breakfast menu is certainly simple, surprisingly the breakfast is delicious. Keep up the amazing work! Definitely will book again if there is a short stay in Palembang 😊.

From a hotel perspective, everything was fine. The rooms, cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food, and extensive menu were all excellent. My suggestion for the future would be to provide bottled water in the rooms. Or, provide dispensers in the corridors so people can get it themselves.
I had to wake up at 4:30 a.m. because the nearby mosque was already reciting the Quran and the sound was loud.
The caretaker was late, even though dawn was almost 5:00. So that's a factor external to the hotel.

Good location, comfortable room, a bit cramped and no double bed for standard, only twin,
parking is okay,
food variety is quite good, only some are too salty, and refills take a long time
what I don't like the most is probably the check-in time, usually at 2, but I arrived at 14:46 the room wasn't ready, my body was tired from 7 hours of travel but I still had to wait to rest

This is my second experience staying at Kesuma. The first time was good, but the second time I got a room that smelled of cigarettes that was hard to get rid of. I asked to be sprayed with air freshener, but the smell still stuck, and there was an ashtray in the room while the room was completely closed without windows. The second thing is that the bathroom exhaust is dead, making the bathroom even stuffy. Please make improvements

The hotel is easy to find, but the road to the hotel is so small, and too many cars park on the road. The water heater takes a long time to be active. I can smell the smoke even if I ordered a non-smoking room.
