I truly recommend Pessona hotel Semarang to all holidaymakers as the hotel offers outstanding facilities and great services. Thus, this hotel is located in the heart of city so it is very easy to reach plenty of major tourism attractions and hawker center. A very, very less enjoyable experience. Maybe because my check-in time coincided with a beauty event at the hotel (information from the FO employee there). So it was until 1:00 AM. Whether in the hotel lobby or in the hotel room corridors, it was very noisy, I couldn't sleep 🥴. The food happened to be takeaway, so I didn't enjoy the variety there.

The room comfort needs improvement, especially the air conditioning, which felt a bit cold, and the soundproofing, as people passing by and talking were clearly audible.
The food was a bit cold and the variety could be increased.
The towels, which were a bit worn, should be replaced.
