I didn't expect that this hotel is very well maintained and I really had a very pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, neat and clean.

I ws in this hotel in November 2012. The hotel is not maintained to its best state. In the room, Electrical facilities is not up to standard. The shower head is not clean and not delivering shower properly. The restaurant serves good Indonesian food and the waiter/waitresses are very friendly.

I consider that Khresna as a very good heritage hotel. I love it and please do not destroy this hotel. I feel that the management doesn't has spirit to manage this hotel anymore. I strongly recommend to replace the hotel GM with someone who has passion and capability to manage first class hotel. The garden in the front yard is on very bad condition, even the grass was not cut. If you take a look to the roof, some plant was growing on it. The blue carpet in front off the room is very dirty, please throw it. I suggest to clean all of terrace area with high pressure cleaner. The front office staff need to be improved. No wifi in this hotel, even in the public area. Trust me, wifi is the minimum requirement in this era, you can not deny it. Food and restaurant is considered good, maybe the hotel restaurant can add several colonial style food like in the Toko Oen Semarang. You can learn from them. The gamelan player gave unique experienced, please maintained. Electrical cable in my room (122) is horrible. TV antenna need to be repaired. Bath room water disposal choked. Refrigerator not working and smell.
