I really like this hotel, the staff here are very friendly. The room is clean, close to the shopping area, many convenience stores, food courts, kuta center is a bit crowded but very fun, at night they display fireworks very bustlingly, many restaurants and bars at very reasonable prices. The food at the hotel is also very delicious. The swimming pool is great. Great. 10/10 points

Thank you Kutabex for completing our family vacation. The service of the officers is very good and friendly, the sunset view at sevenbar is also a pool on an amazing rooftop, cool view of Kuta beach, the terrace of the hotel there is a Kutabex bar which is always crowded with foreign tourists, a very strategic hotel, the breakfast menu is varied, the deluxe rooms are clean and quite spacious . The most special was given a surprise birthday by the hotel clerk and was given a cake. If back in Bali, Kutabex will always be our family's choice.

In the morning I suddenly had vertigo and needed to go to the hospital emergency room quickly, but I called the staff, but the staff said the hotel didn't provide a car. I was told to look for a Grab car. I was feeling weak and needed to get medical treatment quickly, but the staff was confused... the bathroom smelled of urine.

Booking a hotel through Traveloka is the right choice. The hotel is located right in front of Kuta Beach, adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe and Beachwalk. There's live music in the lobby every day. However, there are differences in facilities and room sizes, even though the room types are the same. The toilet walls are not very clean. The front office staff are single fighters who should also be able to educate customers about the habit of queuing during check-in.
