The room is nice because it's a new hotel, but if you get a room facing the road, the consequence is that it's a bit noisy with passing vehicles, especially the sound of trucks going uphill. And it's a bit difficult to contact the receptionist, and even if you pick up, they'll just say hello after hearing the receptionist's voice.

I'd booked with a specific room request, and not the cheapest, but I was given a room that wasn't suitable. It had no windows, couldn't access the internet using two providers, and the hotel internet was incredibly slow.
