Close to Purwakarta's town square, making it easy to get around on foot. The hotel itself is excellent so far. The ambiance is calm and serene, with a balanced indoor and outdoor area. It's a great place to stay if you're in Purwakarta again.

On the first day, I got a room on the 2nd floor, but it was uncomfortable because the room, mattress and pillows smelled of cigarettes so that it stuck to the clothes I was wearing, then I complained and on the second day I was moved to the 1st floor, thank God it was safe from the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel staff is friendly. The AC is cold. The bathroom is clean. The water is flowing. The room looks shiny like it has been mopped but is slippery because of too much soap. When the door to the room was just opened, it immediately smelled of cockroaches. Actually, I doubted there were cockroaches because the room was clean, but it turned out that at 2 am I woke up, I saw a black cockroach in the corner. The TV was still full of ants. The rest was all okay. For breakfast, there was only chicken porridge and kupat tahu. But both were delicious.

My first experience from Jakarta to PWK staying at the Ladera Hotel was amazing, the service was friendly and the response was fast, maybe the cleanliness of the room needs to be looked at again because there was still a lot of dust in the cupboard, anyway Ladera is the best, next time maybe I'll stay at Ladera again

With a price of 400 thousand, the hotel is not worth it. As soon as you enter, the smell is very unpleasant, the bathroom is very smelly. The most annoying thing is the banging of people at 12 midnight which woke us up. Terrible

The location is quite strategic, unfortunately the hotel needs to improve. The room has a hole in the ceiling/roof, it's quite big even in the bathroom. The facilities are limited, understandably according to the budget, but it's dirty and looks like it's not maintained. The hotel should start improving.
