The hotel is quite old, some parts of have been worn out and broken. Location is quite near to the city center. Parking lots are huge. The water of swimming pool need better treatment, also the towels.

I booked a standard one but they were spacious enough and clean. The breakfast was good with enough varieties. I love the hotel environment. Lots of open space, a river in the middle of the hotel, many free activities to be chosen at the sports area. Would love to come back here for a longer period of time.

The smell of toilet signs of low cleanliness. 1 or 1.5 hours to 12 noon (check out time), the electricity was down and we requested engineet to come but it was a very slow response. My husband needs to takea bath and until the check out time there were no helps!

Strategic place at Salatiga. Hotel room is clean, just minor condition such as shower is a little leaked from the flexible hose. Hotel facility so complete have 2 swimming pools, roof top cafe and spa. Will back soon with family.

The check-in process was fast. Tho, the lobby location kind of confusing. I got into the lobby in the new building and there was no one -took a while for me to notice the little sign that explains all services is only at the joglo. I liked the room (they gave us exactly like I requested: connected rooms).
