During the New Normal process in the Pangandaran Regency, it was suggested by the Government for Tourists and Guests to prepare: Bringing Rapid Test Results, Always Using Masks & Washing Hands, for now, Guests from areas other than West Java have not been permitted to visit.

There's not much parking, maybe because it's the holiday season.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights, the hotel is very comfortable, strategically located, the view is of the West and East Coast of Pangandaran, the beach is right in front of the hotel, there are lots of snacks, places to eat are also close, the pool is very exciting and fun for children, nice and comfortable hotel to stay.

Spacious parking lot, friendly and helpful staff.
The location is great, the beach is in front of the hotel, if you want to shop for souvenirs, just walk behind the hotel.
The food is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the facilities are okay.

As soon as I found out I had double booked a hotel, I immediately contacted the hotel to cancel. The response was that online orders could not be cancelled for any reason. Even though I said I had booked twice with my sister because of miscommunication, I wanted to cancel 1. Sadistic. Then I canceled via the application. The process took a long time, I just let it be, eh, they only answered 3 days before the booking date, if possible cancel with a deduction of some money. On a whim, I asked the hotel what type of room I had booked, and it was indeed fully booked. A fraudulent conspiracy between the hotel and Traveloka, canceling the cancellation at the last minute after it was fully booked to sell it at a higher price. In my opinion, this is a very low action from Traveloka customers. Very unfortunate.

It's really fun to stay here, the facilities are also good, the location is very strategic to the west and east coast, just walk because it's very close.
The staff are friendly and kind, the room is clean, tidy and very comfortable.
Because I brought my child, the facilities for children are also good, there is a pool that can be used by children, besides that there are also games that can be played by children.
The breakfast is delicious, there are many kinds. Besides that, the place is also clean, I'm not afraid to run out of food.

The hotel staff that I met were all very friendly, especially when checking in, they were very helpful... and the most enjoyable thing was the check-in time which was 1 hour earlier than it should have been... it should have been at 14.00, at 13.00 they had already called and were able to enter the room... masyaallah, so we were able to rest quickly after the long journey
