The room was booked through Traveloka but when checking in the room was not suitable, so we had to leave the hotel at night because there were no more rooms available at the hotel The hotel management is very bad and we moved rooms several times and the room facilities are lacking Highly do not recommend

All comfortable rooms, FO service, security, parking, but not recommended for elderly who walk with assistive devices, suggestion. For room 114 the closet is shaking because the adhesive on the floor is loose. Need reliable maintenance for hotel facilities.

we just got in and didn't get in at 12 MLM maybe at 7 in the morning already checked out LG but even though we got in in the middle of the night the reception, the security was still friendly and friendly
