In my opinion, this is a very good 3-star hotel for its price range. It's located close to the KRL, LRT, and MRT stations. While you might need a Gojek to get there, it's still quite close. The staff are very friendly and smiley. The rooms are fragrant, neat, and clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. They also offer free breakfast, even if it's just toast and coffee, which is quite nice. However, considering the price, the hotel doors aren't very soundproof. You can hear loud laughter outside, or your neighbors opening and closing their doors. I happened to be staying on a Saturday night, and it seemed like a family was staying there, but they were quite noisy, even though it was quite late, so it was still audible in the room. Perhaps the staff could have helped reprimand them, as they were far away from me, so I couldn't reprimand them gently. Also, the bathroom's concept of having a mirror that doesn't reach the top... what does that mean? The problem is, when I turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan automatically turns on, so the AC in the room isn't as cool because the bathroom glass isn't fully functioning, which sucks the cool air from the AC in the room... Also, there are a few outlets. I happen to be the type of person who doesn't sleep in too much darkness, and I need a small lamp. But since there's only one outlet in the room, and I use it to charge my phone, the light in the room is pretty useless, and if I turn on the bathroom light, the AC isn't cool because it's being sucked up by the exhaust fan. Perhaps we could add more power outlets or adapters to accommodate more outlets. Finally, there's the Wi-Fi and network issue. The Wi-Fi and network signal in this hotel are incredibly slow, I only got 2 bars of connection throughout my stay. So it's really slow, not recommended if you have important business that requires a signal. That's all, and thank you for reading.

The hotel's location is close to restaurants and a minimarket. Access to the Jaklingko bus is also conveniently located across the street. A simple breakfast is provided every morning, and the staff are all friendly.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was good, but the second time it was less comfortable. The male staff were not very friendly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The TV didn't connect to the Wi-Fi, so it was useless to have a TV but it couldn't be turned on. The Wi-Fi signal was also very, very bad. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room. Please improve it.

The room is clean. However, the AC is leaking and the shower is a bit rusty. I hope they can also handle the issue with mosquitoes as I move to other room this issue is persist. Overall everything feels good.

At first I was scared because it was my first time booking a room by myself, but it turned out to be very comfortable and worth it for that price ❤️❤️❤️ The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and clean, and the facilities are complete, and access to everywhere is very easy. I highly recommend staying here 🤩 I will definitely be a regular if I visit Jakarta again

sangat recommended ✨ sy menginap krna pelatihan di perki house, naik gojek dekat kurang dr 5 menit. hotelnya ditengah kota, letak strategis, banyak skali tempat makan. untuk kamar lumayan luas, bersih, tv pakai wifi bisa buka youtube dll. karyawan2 sangat ramah dan helpfull. bagi tamu yg punya bayi sangat sangat terbantu dengan adanya fasilitas microwave di dapur untuk menghangatkan MPASI ✨
