The service is satisfying, the room I stayed in (junior suite) is also right for a family of 5 people. The facilities provided are complete, the breakfast is also delicious and very varied. The spacious garden area is equipped with a variety of children's games, hammocks and lots of bean bags for chatting with family. Recommended

There is a warm water pool, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the view is cool, the food is delicious, I recommend coming back for a vacation with my family.

The best experience here, next time I have good health and more money, I want to come here again, everyone is friendly from the receptionist, cleaning service to security, all are really friendly, there are no rude clubs.
I really like the green resort concept, it makes it cooler and more beautiful to look at, the facilities are also okay, nothing is lacking, I really like the morning atmosphere from 9 am onwards, the morning sun is warm but also cold because of the Lembang weather, walking at night is also no less fun, just walking around the paths is fun, I love it!!!!

choose family suites room, 6 person, located in the old building a bit behind not the new glass building, the new building does not have family suites, if you want to be in the new building choose the connecting one.
But everything is good. extraordinary, warm swimming pool, good view, cool air.
it's just that the living room area TV table is too big so it makes access narrow so it's a bit difficult.
but overall this hotel is cool

for the family suite room option, the place is very scary, there are many strange things because of the building, the old building and the position at the very back.. in the middle of the night you can hear the sound of someone singing and the bathroom lock itself, you can hear the sound of a roar inside.. this is the scariest place I've ever been to.. the room is also at the very back, it's very dark and the lighting is lacking.. and for the restaurant service, it's very rude, my mother hasn't finished eating and is still feeding my child, the plate has been cleaned up.. it should be when we have left the place, then the plate is cleaned up.. the service is rude for the restaurant..

When I was there, the fried fish was hard, there was no chicken even though not everyone likes fish, especially if it is floured. I don't know why there are so many flies or is it because of the rainy season, I don't understand
