The location wasn't hard to find, just off the main road. There were a lot of mothballs scattered around the room, so the smell of mothballs was a bit overwhelming when you went to bed. There was also no doormat in front of the toilet, so every time you went to the toilet, the floor would get wet. The flush toilet didn't work in room 102. Otherwise, it was safe; the room and bathroom were clean.

Everything is good because the price is also cheap.
The downside is the cramped room, but that's okay, as long as you can sleep. Oh yeah, the shower doesn't have hot water.
But still, all good

The place is really nice, it's a bit of a hidden gem, not noisy at all so it's relaxing. Also really like the smoking area. If you all want to find a place to sleep in an area near the beach, this is it.

If you are staying with small children, it is recommended to take one with a balcony. The room is more spacious and children can play on the balcony. The room is also fragrant. Affordable price with a calm atmosphere.

I will be a regular if I go to Balikpapan again. The room is clean, spacious, and has a sofa bed. The environment is quiet and very comfortable. It is also close to everywhere.
