Stayed at the Lentar Suite, room 1115, October 12-14. Expectations were quite high because it was a suite, but it turned out to be a bit lower. 😅
The room had direct access to the pool, but it was a shame there weren't any sunbeds, just a regular terrace. It would have been nice to relax there in the afternoon. I ordered two beers and one margarita at the bar, and there weren't any snacks and nuts. It was a standard bar, you know?
The bathroom was a bit smelly, and they only gave me two towels—no face or hand towels. I had to call reception three times to get them, so I had to wait a bit.
Furthermore, the room wasn't soundproof, so I could still hear outside noise.
The only plus was the breakfast, which was quite unique and delicious, with some interesting local dishes. The sunset view from the hotel grounds was also really beautiful 🌅
But for the price, honestly, there are several other hotels in the area with much better service and felt more worth it. Hopefully, Lentar Suite will pay more attention to detail and service in the future to match its price and room type. 🙏

Everything was top-notch. The location is strategic, the rooms are nice, tidy, and fragrant. The view from the hotel is also, oh my God, beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious, top-notch. I'll definitely come back here again if I ever vacation in Bajo.

The room was very small and expensive. It was dirty, with dead animals on the mattress and lots of hair still on the pillows and in the bathroom. The hot water was problematic, so I couldn't take a hot shower. The electricity went out repeatedly on the first day, and the Wi-Fi was also unusable even though I had booked a villa.

For the room design, space, service, breakfast , and hotel concept i think its good enough.. the only thing i really really dont like about this hotel room is the noise… i can hear the sound from the room next to my room… i can hear they do “adult” things and it was annoyed me.. so the hotel MUST handle how to solve that problem… how to FIX the noise…

Everything was top-notch. The location is strategic, the rooms are nice, tidy, and fragrant. The view from the hotel is also, oh my God, beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious, top-notch. I'll definitely come back here again if I ever vacation in Bajo.

The hotel was quite pricey. The sunset was beautiful. The service was satisfactory, and everyone was friendly. It's just that I happened to rent a standard room, which I found too small. Overall, the hotel service was very satisfactory.

Well, the view from the hotel is beautiful, but if you have a room upstairs, it's quite a climb without a lift. Hopefully the lift that comes will be able to go up there.

The room was very small and expensive. It was dirty, with dead animals on the mattress and lots of hair still on the pillows and in the bathroom. The hot water was problematic, so I couldn't take a hot shower. The electricity went out repeatedly on the first day, and the Wi-Fi was also unusable even though I had booked a villa.

For the room design, space, service, breakfast , and hotel concept i think its good enough.. the only thing i really really dont like about this hotel room is the noise… i can hear the sound from the room next to my room… i can hear they do “adult” things and it was annoyed me.. so the hotel MUST handle how to solve that problem… how to FIX the noise…
