The location is close to the toll gate, the service in the lobby is fast, but when I wanted to enter there was a problem, the card was not active so the room was still locked, the room was clean and tidy, the service in the room was also very fast when there was a complaint, the wifi was very good, the food was quite tasty but the menu was still not very varied, the play area and swimming pool were very popular with the kids.. all good ovel

Definitely a family & kids friendly hotel, the location wasn’t that far from jakarta, it’s close to international circuit sentul, swimming pools was clean, the hotel breakfast & dinner buffet was good. Got a upgrade to the junior suite bedroom but at the syariah building, it wasn’t bad, bed comfy and spacious enough with living room area. But it wasn’t sound proof door in connecting room so you can hear like people talking or kids screaming, the good thing is the bedroom separated with the door so it wasn’t too badly noisy. Live music band and shisha night was great. Overall it was pleasant to stayed here.

The staff was quite helpful. Even though my friends and I arrived before check-in time, some rooms were already available. For breakfast, the variety was quite extensive. However, the buffet was lacking in food, with only 4-5 options, including white rice, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, and fish. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was cool.

Room Condition: The floor was a bit gritty (dirty), as if covered in sand. The water heater wasn't working properly. We had to wait a long time for hot water (about 15 minutes).
Restaurant Condition: It was crowded and difficult to find a table. Even though the restaurant was divided into three sessions, it was still full. It seems the staff didn't check each guest's meal times.
Hopefully, improvements will be made to make this hotel even better. Thank you.
