I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

The room is spacious, with a sofa, and the location is close to the Sentul Circuit. It has a cool, Bogor-style atmosphere, but it's not close to the city center.
For a low price, you get a hotel with impressive, comprehensive facilities.
There are lots of traditional dishes in the restaurant, but the taste is just so-so, in my opinion.
Overall, I'm satisfied. I stayed for business, but I'll be back with my kids. 😁

If you want to find activities for children and spend time, this is all in one, I want to come back here again :) Oh yeah, eating at the hotel is also more affordable compared to restaurants, don't go to other restaurants outside, in my opinion.

The room we booked was moved even though we booked at Lorin Hotel, but on the grounds that the room we booked was a superior type, the location was at Lorin Syariah (1 STAR) even though we paid the price for a superior type room at Lorin Hotel (4 STAR). Breakfast was the same, when we wanted breakfast at Lorin Hotel, we were directed to have breakfast at Lorin Syariah. So be careful and make sure before booking rather than being moved. The initial goal of refreshing turned into a BAD MOOD

It was quite pleasant, although the queue for check-in was very long because it was probably a long weekend... so far, the room and service are so good.
Although there were water droplets from the AC in the room, it wasn't too disturbing because it was only a small amount.

We stayed during a long holiday, and the atmosphere felt like a recreation park, making it very uncomfortable. Many people weren't wearing swimsuits at the pool.
The reception team was also very helpful with the long queue; I was given priority so I didn't have to wait.
The AC in the room leaked, and the sound level was very low, making any knocks or movement from the room above very disturbing.
The hotel area was also dirty, as if neglected.
It didn't feel worth it for the price I paid.
Hopefully, the hotel can improve its service.

I'm really satisfied with my second visit here. The Lorin Hotel never disappoints. There are lots of activities for the kids, so they have a lot of fun. Keep it up, Lorin. There are also lots of discounts on the price. If you don't want to go to Puncak, this is the hotel of choice for families.
